In case the product received is Need Replacement. In this case we would request you to please inform us with 24 hours on receipt of the product.
Conditions for return:
1. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
2. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
3. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
4. Replacement or store credit will be provided after the product is recived at our WH and approved by our QC team, if QC fails same product will be shipped back.
In case of Defective/Damaged/Wrong product being delivered.
1. If the return is a result of any act/oversight/negligence of the Buyer/customer and not an error by www.bharathealth.in’s end, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will not be refunded. We will refund in the form of store credits that can be used on our website for Future purchases.
2. Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping the Buyer’s return to www.bharathealth.in. www.bharathealth.in will notify the Buyer via email with the details of the Buyer’s refund. For all refunds, we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a www.bharathealth.in coupon of the same value which can be redeemed in a period of one year. The customer can also provide their bank & branch name, account number and IFSC code and we will issue them a cheque.
3. For orders placed through Gift Certificates / Vouchers of www.bharathealth.in, refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate / Voucher of the same value.
www.bharathealth.in does not give refunds for the following products:
a. Products perishable in nature (Food items, chocolates, plants & flowers)
b. Gift Certificates
c. Cosmetics, Perfumes and Fragrances
d. Items that have been used or opened. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only where an incorrect product has been dispatched.
e. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
Note: Incase of manufacturing defect, customer needs to take the product to the nearest service station authorized by the manufacturer. In case of Unsatisfaction/Replacement Product worth below Rs. 999, replacement or refund(HG Credit) will be processed after deducting the freight charges.
a.The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product. Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the Buyer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he/she should refuse to accept delivery and mail www.bharathealth.in Customer Care along with details of the order number.
b. In cases, where the item/product delivered is received in a damaged condition or the contents are missing, Buyer must inform www.bharathealth.in Customer Care within 24 hrs of delivery of the item/product and if the Buyer is unable to do so, then the buyer would be deemed to have waived all claims in respect of the damaged, missing, tampered, etc
How does it work?
Send a Mail from your My Account section or shoot www.bharathealth.in and we will get back to you. After validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return. The mail will have a link that gives you access to the return shipping address label. You may simply print, fill with accurate information, paste the shipping address label on the package and courier it back.
To send the product, you can:
1. Return the product through Indian Speed post. We would give you a Gift coupon of 100 rupees to compensate for the cost incurred.
2. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) and it is approved by our QC Team. You would be called and our executive would ask you if you want a HG Credit or you want the Replacement..
3. If you want a voucher, the same would be sent to you within 24 hours and you can use it to purchase another product on www.bharathealth.in. If you want the amount back, we will refund the money the way the payment was made.
